Payment Method
All orders are payable by credit card or pre-paid check. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. If you prefer COD shipping, we require guaranteed funds COD, payable with a cashier’s check or money order. If you choose to ship COD, we will call you the day your order is shipped with your total for your cashier’s check or money order. A $39 fee for all returned checks-no exceptions!
Web-based Stores
Websites must be approved PRIOR to ecommerce by Sparkle by Design for style/effectiveness. Photos of garments /accessories must meet our standards. An annual review of all Sparkle by Design ecommerce partners will apply. Sparkle by Design garments may not be sold on EBay within 6 months of the original ship date of the product.
Delivery
Orders usually ship two(2) to three (3) weeks.

Pricing is subject to change with out notice. All merchandise will be shipped at the prices in effect at the time of order. Sparkle by Design reserves the right to discontinue styles, colors, sizes or designs at any time.
Cancellations
Any changes and/or cancellations to orders must be submitted in writing for approval within 48 hours of receipt of the original order, whether placed at show, phone or from a sales representative.

Refusal of Shipments
Any refused shipment is subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the total amount refused as well as shipping charges to and from the customer. Customers that refuse merchandise on a consistent basis will not be shipped in the future. Also, if a box is refused on the first shipment of the season, additional products will not be shipped unless the order is prepaid.
For returned COD’s:
· $39 service fee plus all shipping charges.
Return Policy
Sparle by Design only accepts returns on damaged or incorrect items sent to you. If a replacement is needed, it will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise in our warehouse. If no replacement is required, you will be issued an SBD credit to use towards future purchases.
All returns will be accepted at our discretion and all tags must be on the unworn garment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items not purchased at full price are considered final sale items. We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
